Guys, this was one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve had the opportunity to capture. Everyone, from the bridal party to the guests and family, were such a joy to work with. Jake and Kayla, thank you for being such an incredible couple!

The venue, The Ivy Place, and the flowers were absolutely breath taking. The wedding planner, Lisa Wilson, also did the flowers, and all I can say is “Wow!” Seriously, all of it was so stunning.

Kayla’s gorgeous dress was by NY Bride & Groom

There were two flower girls, and they were just the cutest little things ever. They helped each other get all ready, and were adjusting each other’s flower crowns.

Kayla’s grandmother had been struggling with cancer for 2 years prior, and had just recently beat it! These two shared a very special moment before the wedding. The room filled with a sweet intimacy as they honored each other.

Also, the bride and her father did a first look. It truly was one of the more meaningful moments of the day. So beautiful.

The Groom and His Groomsmen wore classy suits by Jos. A Bank.

The groom, and his men really knew how to party. They were all “life of the party” kind of people, making the day so much fun to be a part of.

Every girl dreams of what her man’s reaction will be when she walked down the aisle. Jake’s reaction was absolutely priceless. You could see how much he loves her by the look in his eyes.

During the ceremony, the couple braided 3 stands of rope. Representing them, God, and the saying “a cord of 3 stands is not easily broken,”

The bride and her ladies were getting ready for the reception with a little dance warm up.

Bridesmaids wore a variation of dress styles designed by Dessy from NY Bride & Groom

Let me tell you, this dance was a tear jerker. It was such a sweet, meaningful moment for them.

Delicious catering, desserts and this amazing cake were all by Melanie Rowe Catering.

Needless to say, these party people really knew how to get down on the dance floor and the DJ, Joe Larson, kept the energy going all night long!

These photos are actually some of my favorites. It was really cool because Kayla and Jake were down for anything, and willing to step away for a minute so we could take these. It was so worth it!

Jake and Kayla, thank you for letting The Remnant Collective capture your love story. You two were such a joy to work with, and I love how the pictures turned out. Honestly, with such beautiful people, flowers, venue, and hearts involved in this wedding there was no way these photos weren’t going to turn out great! The whole Remnant Collective team wishes you the very best!

        It was such an honor,
